 According to this motto we offer self-produced goods in our farm shop
Our product variety 

We process our harvested goods to processed foods 

Every day we work in our preparation room on our products. 
Each Friday we expand our product range through wood-fired bread and even more home-made products!

Here is a small selection of our delicacies: 
  • Spread made from different kinds of fruits 
  • Different kinds of pasta from our own production 
  • Friday's we have fresh wood-fired bread, wheat bread, six-grain bread, spelt bread, walnut bread 
  • Various cakes and tarts 
  • Soups in a jar e.g. goulash soup, pumpkin soup 
... and much more.

Fruits

Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, plums, table cherries, mirabelles and various types of apples.

Vegetables

Cocktail tomatoes, tomatoes, bush beans, carrots, radishes, rhubarb, cucumbers, pickles, zucchini, beetroot, peppers, pepperoni, pumpkins and much more.

Salads

Lettuce, pickled lettuce, endive and corn salad. 

Sausages and other meat products

Slaughter takes place at regular intervals. Therefore, we always have a wide range of different kinds of meat and sausages available:

bacon, side bacon, blood sausage and liver sausage each smoked in fir smoke, liver sausage and knuckle of pork each in a jar.

Distillery products 

From our own distillery we offer spirits and liqueurs: 

mountain cherry brandy, plum brandy, fruit brandy, Jerusalem artichoke, Williams, raspberry liqueur and cherry liqueur 

Sales booth

Sales booth at the Black Forest High Road 

For many years we have been offering our products at the Black Forest High Road (B500) - at the Kniebis.
